Updated: Show Hotkey, Disabled Menus, Seperator, Checked, Better routines, Now you only have to add the module and 1 line of code on your form.
Change all Menucolors (Text, Background, Selection and Selected Text) thru subclassing. Still use VB Menus like allways no extra coding needed. popups are possible. only 16k bigger EXE.

@Saed abumokh (or the only comment at the moment :-)
Your sample is far from perfect like mine. (To Big, Not Optimized, Direct form calls subclassed in Module...)
But you did a nice job 2
And the way you get the Menustruct seems to be much better than mine :-)
My code should only change the colors NOT MORE
Your version create a complete Ownerdrawn Menu with Icons ...
